"The Engineer" is an arms dealer, responsible for the death of MI6 operative Ian Young in 2019. After Pieter Voss, an accomplice of the Engineer, lost the Engineers money in a casino due to the efforts of Omega Sector, the Engineer killed Voss. Soon after, Omega Sector apprehended the Engineer.
