Maxwell "Max" Grave, also known by his alias Hav0c, is a former cyber hacker whose incredible skills gained him access to 40 missile codes, almost starting a war in the middle east. After being apprehended by Omega Sector and surrendering the codes, Max was given a job at the company by Gib.

Throughout Series

Season 1

Max becomes the target of Omega Sector after he hacks into missile codes and sparks tension in the middle east. A team of field agents disperses to find Max, who is going by his code name Hav0c, and retrieve the missile codes. They crack open his mobile home and storm inside, surprised to see the young adult responsible. Max quickly frustrates Harry and then insults Helen's shoes. The Omega operatives decide to blow up Max's mobile home to ensure the impending commandos won't gain access to the codes, which upsets Max deeply.

They take him to a run-down motel nearby until they can determine which country is responsible for hiring Max, who is insolent. Helen tries again to get through to him, but he bursts into fake tears, mocking her for thinking that would work. He thinks she and Harry are bad parents for lying to their children about what they do, having heard Harry on the phone with them. The couple takes a break to vent over the boy, who takes advantage of their absence. He shuts off the power to the motel and escapes through a window. He finds safety nearby and uses a computer to contact his online friends, whom he calls his family.

Harry and Helen find Max moments before the commando's attack. Under strict orders not to shoot anyone as it could spark a war in the middle east, Helen tries her best to shoot around the commandos while Harry takes out the ones breaking in. She shoots an oil tank that takes out the commandos without killing them. They meet up with Maria and Luther, who spied on the commandos, and Gib, who has news of who the commandos are. The commandos were by The Pyramid, an online group led by Max's so-called friends. They hired assassins to take him out so they could steal the missile codes for themselves and leverage them for power. Max initially thinks Gib is lying until he offers to show him the emails proving it.

Pyramid attacks with exploding drones, and Omega tries to outrun them. Gib and Max work together to hack into the drones and then steer them back toward their enemies. With the commando's defeated, Max surrenders the missile codes to Omega. Gib sees the boy's advanced knowledge of weapons encryption is more than anyone they have and gives Max a job at Omega Sector. Max apologizes to Harry and Helen for calling them bad parents and shows Helen a shoe website.
